    Once you are LIVE, while you probably no longer need the implementation partner and the teams that you once hired to implement your solution, you still need expertise in order to manage daily operations, solve production incidents, fulfil ad-hoc requests from users and evolve your ORG as new features become available (innovations/upgrades which are delivered every 4 months by salesforce).
